TAVERN ON THE HILL (60-80 PEOPLE - DAY OR EVE)
Our lovely 18th century pub is available for party hire. The lounge area will be sectioned off for your party, with access to the bar, garden and the rest of the pub. Food can be ordered from our kitchen as usual, or we can provide a specially catered menu, just let us know what you’d like. Private access to the front garden is available.
Minimum bar spend: £400 (50% card authentication will be taken upon booking - this is not taken unless you do not show on the night or if you cancel less than 7 days before the booking date, we also ask for a minimum spend of £400 on the evening)
Timings: Mon-Sun - Day hire 12.00-18.00 and Night hire 18.00-0.00 available.

BREWERY AND TAPROOM LOCKWOOD (80-100 PEOPLE DAY OR EVE)
The space is situated in our mezzanine, away from the main bar space and with a fantastic view of the brewery. Access to all our best pints plus food from our vendor, either in their container or as a buffet.

Terms of Hire
Times
You can book from a Day Session (12pm- 6pm) or and Evening Session (6pm-12am) - (for other times please enquire)
Capacity
60 - 100 people
No Hire Charge
But there is a minimum bar spend.
Deposit
We require a card authentication to confirm the booking.
We hold your card details, but no money will be taken unless you fail to turn up for your booking or break the booking terms outlined below:
● Minimum bar spend has been met.
● Respecting instructions from the bar staff with regards health and safety.
● Leaving the site in a reasonable conditions. Dirty glasses, a few crisp packets, a couple of broken glasses, etc are all fine. But if there is mess or damage then we'll be deducting a fee from the deposit to pay to sort it.
Additional Charges
Late Licence (1am) is an additional £100 fee.
If you would like a late license notice we will need 15 working days notice to make sure there is enough time for the application to be processed.
Food
We currently have the Dragon Flame Food Available at both Lockwood & The Tavern - Who Specialise in Delicious Flame Cooking, See canopy Menu Here & Party Menu Here: Outside Food is not pemitted. Birthday/Wedding Cakes are allowed (Please supply your own cutlery for outside cakes).
Drinks
In addition to beer (including gluten free) we are able to supply:
- Wine
- Prosecco
- Spirits (Vodka, Rum, Gin, Whisky, Tequila) and mixers (Tonic, Coke, Lemonade, Juices) - We can usually accomodate special requests - (need 7 days notice).
Due to our licensing it is not possible to bring your own alcohol
Decorations
You are welcome to decorate the venue,
Please note that all set up / take down of decorations must be done within your hire period.
All decorations need to be taken down and packed up at the end of the night.
Confetti / party poppers / glitter are not allowed in within the venue for hygiene reasons.
Music
You are not permitted to play your own music.
Additional Info
Children welcome until 8pm
Well behaved dogs are welcome
Cancellations
If you change your mind you can cancel your booking up to 7 days before. Otherwise we will have to charge the cancellation fee (the card authentication value).
Any cancellations made after that will not be refunded. Please note we cannot hold dates and your booking is only registered when you have booked and authenticated your card. To avoid disappointment we would advise booking as soon as possible.
